Growing up in Brooklyn New York where Italian Ice was very popular. I remember my dad and I would go to the local pizzeria and get pizza and Italian ice it was the best treat I've ever had. Here in Florida, there are a lot of places that sell "Italian Ice" but it’s water ice made with just water, syrup, sugar and flavoring and its not as smooth. I created a way to make authentic New York style Italian and Cream Ice by using real ingredients to bring out the true taste of Italian Ice.
